It is the new Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Shadow

It is a long long lasting cream eye shadow that does not fade.  It comes in 10 vibrant shades.  

My favorite shades that I have tried are:

Bad To The Bronze

Bold Gold
